Our delicious ramen is especially made to absorb liquids gradually, which means our guests are able to enjoy the springy texture of Ichiddo Ramen throughout their meal, without worrying about it sticking to the bowl. We also serve a variety of stir fried ramen/udon, and it includes Vegetables, Char Sui, Beef, Chicken, and Seafood in Fried Noodles. Our stir fried ramen is one of the most popular item in our restaurant.
